District 12
District 12, a founding member of the Polk County Nurse Consortium, is participating in the 13th annual Nursing Recognition Banquet on May 5 at the Admiral’s Inn at Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven. The event features nominees for Polk County Nurse of the Year and announcement of the winners in four categories: Community nurse, Clinical nurse – hospital and non-hospital, and Educator/Manager. Tickets to the dinner are available until April 30 for $25.
