Early Career Nurse Special Interest Group Zoom Meeting Second Wednesday of each month
7:00pm ET (6:00pm CT)
Join us for a collaborative session to explore how the FNA can actively engage and serve as a valuable resource for emerging nurses. We extend an invitation to all interested members, not limited to new graduates, to contribute to this important conversation!
As the Director of Recent Graduates for the Florida Nurses Association, I am thrilled to extend an invitation to you for the upcoming meeting of the Early Career Nurse Special Interest Group.
Our Goals for this Group
The Early Career Nurse SIG aims to foster growth by offering support and resources tailored to early career nurses in Florida. Our objective is to contribute to the expansion of the nursing field, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Specifically, we seek to enhance the clinical competence of recent graduates, promote leadership and advocacy, and facilitate career growth.
Who Should Attend?
We welcome the participation of early career nurses, new or recent graduates, defined as nurses licensed for five years or less. Your insights are invaluable in shaping how the FNA can best support emerging nurses.
Additionally, we invite seasoned nurses to join the group and share their wealth of experience as a valuable resource.
I hope to see you at the meeting!
Sincerely,
Aminah Johnson, RN, BSHA
