The Florida Nurse is a quarterly publication direct mailed to approximately 10,000 Registered Nurses and delivered via email to 310,000+ Registered Nurses in Florida. It serves as the official publication of the Florida Nurses Foundation
and the Florida Nurses Association. Topics featured in each edition change based on current issues relevant to the members of the Florida Nurses Association and the Florida nursing population in general. Most articles are submitted
by members.
Submissions will considered for publication in The Florida Nurse based on relevancy and available space. Preferred authors are members of the Florida Nurses Association and they will receive first priority. Exceptions may
be made for non-nurses at the discretion of the Editor based on the relevance to nursing and timeliness of the article. Preference will also be given to those who have not recently published to allow for maximum participation by interested
