Lawmakers return to Tallahassee this week after a week in the district. Tuesday marks the beginning of, what is sure to be, the most unusual session to date. Here are some of the bills that they will consider:
House Judiciary will hear HB 9 Protecting Consumers against Fraud During a Pandemic by Zika on Monday at 2:00 p.m.
On Tuesday at 1:30, following all the pomp and circumstance the Senate Commerce and Tourism Committee will hear SB 72 Civil Liability for Damages Relating to COVID-19 by Senator Brandes.
Also on Tuesday, the Senate Education committee will hear Sb 532 Workforce Education by Senator Burgess at 4:00 p.m.
Other Meetings of Interest:
On Tuesday at 9:30 the Senate will convene the 2021-2022 Legislative Session. The House will convene at 10:00 a.m.
The House will have a “seating” on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. and then again on Friday at 10:00 a.m.
