FNA has an immediate opening for Southeast Region Director to fulfill the 2023-2025 term.

Expectations and Requirements for the Role

The Region Director serves as liaison between the FNA Board of Directors and the Region. In coordination with the FNA staff, they assist in planning regional activities and promoting membership within the Region.

Region Directors serve on the FNA Board of Directors and are required to attend quarterly Board meetings to discuss and vote on the strategic initiatives of the association. They should also be available via email for discussions on emergent issues.

The FNA Board Orientation is scheduled for November 17-18, 2023 at the Margaritaville Resort in Orlando. This is a mandatory event for all Board Members. Lodging and travel expenses are covered by FNA.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be an FNA Member in good standing residing in the Southeast Region (Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, St. Lucie). You must have continuous membership with FNA for at least one year to be eligible to run for office.

1. Please ensure you meet the minimum requirements listed above before applying. Review the FNA Bylaws pertaining to Board Service (Article IV).
2. Download and complete the Consent to Serve form.
