Highlights from 2024 FNA Nurses Week Celebrations

FNA members gathered throughout the month to be celebrated and uplifted

FNA celebrated Nurses Week all month long with events aimed at honoring and uplifting nurses across the state. These events included county proclamations officially recognizing May 6-12 as Nurses Week, as well as social events to show appreciation for our members. Special recognition was given to nurses for their dedication, compassion, and resilience in the face of every day challenges. Many nurses gathered together to network and form stronger bonds.

County Proclamations

Several Regions held county proclamation ceremonies with their respective Board of County Commissioners officially recognizing May 6-12, 2024 as Nurses Week. These ceremonies allowed nurses to connect with with their local leaders and highlight the important roles they play in their local communities.

Our members gathered at the meetings to celebrate this achievement, proudly showing up as Nurses who support and uplift each other.

Social Events
